Losing someone or something is part of our shared humanity, yet the way we experience it is different for everyone. The feelings that accompany grief, whether it shows up as shock, anguish, anger, guilt, regret, anxiety, fear, loneliness, or depression, can be overwhelming. At heart2heartnc, we hold space for those who are facing the sacred time of passage of a loved one or on navigating the path to healing. Join us as we come together in community to support each other by sharing our stories, raising our voices in song, and practicing breathwork, movement, and mindfulness.
