Living & Dying
Film Series
Leading up to the 9th Annual Death Faire at The Plant in Pittsboro, an annual event that honors life, embraces death, and walks the path of understanding, heart2heartnc is excited to present a special film series in the Holmes Family Meeting Room at the Chatham Community Library.
The Living & Dying Film Series showcases three thought-provoking films that delve into the themes of life, death, and the human experience. Each film explores the beauty and complexity of mortality, the celebration of life, and the acceptance of the inevitable. We hope that this event, generously sponsored by the Friends of the Chatham Community Library, stirs emotions and sparks conversations about death. This event is open to the public and admission is free of charge.
After each screening, we will set aside time for insightful discussions and reflections on life, death, and everything in-between. The schedule is as follows:

October 15 | Staring Down Fate with Cade Lucash and Sarah Justice
October 22 | A Will for the Woods with Janice Rieves and Tami Schwerin
October 29 | The Last Ecstatic Days with Dr. Tatyana Kholodkov and Matt Zemon

Light snacks and drinks will be provided and please feel free to bring your dinner. So mark your calendars, gather your loved ones, and join us for an enlightening and enriching experience!
